its very good for back specially for long hours sitting.

I have been using this back seat for more than 2 years now.
My job is sitting for 10 hrs plus. Earlier I had lot of problems sitting for more than a hour.
After using this back seat I get lot of relief, and I do not have any pains at the end of the day.
